CazCares' annual Giving Tree event is a shining example of collaboration and generosity. Last year, this heartwarming initiative brought holiday joy to upwards of 400 children form our community. You too can make a difference by visiting the Giving Tree Amazon Wish-list or picking up tags with wish-list items at merchant shops in Caz village for the month of November. Once purchased, unwrapped gifts can be left at the Cazenovia Community Bank. CazCares will collect pick ups after the Cazenovia Christmas Walk event, December 1st.

The Heart of Caz
CazCares has been a lifeline in our community since 1982. What began in the lower level of Atwell Mill by six church pastors has now flourished into an oasis of support for residents of the Cazenovia School District and Madison County. In June 2007, CazCares found its current home at 101 Nelson Street, improving services and accessibility.
Each month, CazCares warmly welcomes over 200 clients. People come for food, clothing, and educational programs. The challenges faced by these families are many, from low-paying jobs to health issues, disabilities, and the ever-increasing costs of living. Community-Run
At CazCares, community is everything. Volunteers keep the pantry stocked and the shelves brimming with clothing, but the support extends beyond the dedicated individuals who give their time. It's a collective effort with donations flowing in from generous individuals, students, churches, local businesses and civic organizations. Feeling that fall chill? Consider sharing the warmth by donating an extra heavy winter coat or gloves for someone in need.
Year-Round Kindness
The holiday season often draws attention to charitable acts, which is fabulous! But CazCares needs our support throughout the year as well. Diapers, canned soup and other pantry items are always appreciated. Your consistent support can make an incredible impact on the lives of those in need.
