Lakeland Park
Probably one of the best spots on the lake has to be Lakeland Park. The 4th of July celebration kicks off with music all night starting at 5-7PM with Dave Novak, and then followed by the Maria DeSantis Band 7-9PM. Bring blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy the show!
Gypsy Bay Park
Just across from the picturesque grounds at Lorenzo State Historic Site is Gypsy Bay. Located right on the southern shores of Cazenovia Lake, this is location where the fireworks will be set off. Spread out a blanket, sit back, and enjoy the dazzling display against the backdrop of the water. Parking is limited, so be sure to arrive early or to walk here from town.
Meier's Creek Brewery
This farm brewery has an expansive back lawn and will be host to live music all day! Great parking on site, and overlooking the lake from just across route 20. Grab a craft beer, some great food and enjoy your time outside watching the fireworks.
Lakeside Park
For a more secluded spot away from the crowds, head to Lakeside Park. There covered pavillion is a great place to enjoy cooking out with friends and family right on the water. The big show starts at 9PM, and this spot keeps you super close to the water!
The Brewster Inn
Boasting once of the biggest patios in Central New York, The Brewster Inn is a great spot to catch the fireworks. Dinner is serverd from 5pm-9pm. Guests are permitted 2 hours on their table and after dinner are more than welcome to set up blankets and chairs down by the water. The outdoor bar will be open until about 11pm. Reservations are required for a table, but service is available at the outdoor bar on a walkin basis.
On the Lake
If you have access to a boat, watching the fireworks from the lake itself can be a truly magical experience. Just make sure to anchor at a safe distance and follow all boating regulations.
